Brief Description Flood Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. Minor Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northwest Texas, including the following counties, Lynn and Terry. * WHEN. Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1020 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
