Hazards: Total rainfall amounts of 50 to 80 mm. Wind gusts up to 70 km/h. Timing: Continuing through Wednesday evening. Discussion: Heavy rain continues as a strong low pressure system moves into the area. The heavy rain will taper to light rain Wednesday afternoon before ending Wednesday evening. In addition, strong northerly winds gusting up to 70 km/h will develop tonight and then become westerly Wednesday afternoon. Winds will diminish Wednesday evening. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. Utility outages may occur.
