Spencer is expected to fall below flood stage Thursday night, but Petersburg and Hazleton will remain above flood stage through all of next week. The crest on the East Fork was near Williams Wednesday evening and forecast to reach Shoals Thursday night. Seymour should fall below flood stage Friday night, while points downstream will stay above flood stage until at least the middle of next week.
