In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh. * WHEN. Until 1030 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1013 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rains have ended across the warned area. However, flooding remains ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen over the past 36 hours. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
