Until 1130 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 826 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate rainfall. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area through the morning hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Emporia. - This includes the following highways. Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 124 and 129. Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 133.
