Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of north central and northeast Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Fannin and Hunt. In northeast Texas, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar and Rains. * WHEN. From 1 AM CDT Friday through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall totals of 3 to 5 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 8 inches.
