Brief Description Flood Warning
Detailed Description The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers. Ohio River at Maysville. Ohio River at Meldahl Dam. Ohio River at Markland Dam. Ohio River at Cincinnati. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Ohio River at Meldahl Dam. * WHEN. Until late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS. At 54.0 feet, Route 52 and State Route 232 near Point Pleasant, Ohio are covered with water. Backwater flooding near the river worsens in Clermont, Brown, Bracken and Pendleton Counties. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 54.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Thursday morning and continue falling, remaining below flood stage. - Flood stage is 51.0 feet.
