Southeastern Valley County in central Nebraska. * Until 415 AM CDT Tuesday. * At 1006 PM CDT, Emergency management reported and doppler radar confirmed thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have already fallen in the last 2 hours. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area yet this evening. Flash flooding is already occurring. Emergency management reports flooding on Highway 11 in the Scotia area that has affected some vehicles. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Emergency management reported. IMPACT.
