* WHAT. Flooding from the Intracoastal Waterway * WHERE. A portion of northeast South Carolina, including the following county, Horry. * WHEN. Until noon EDT Monday. * IMPACTS. At 16 feet, flooding begins to affect a total of approximately three dozen ground level residences or enclosures on Rosewood Drive, Star Creek Circle, and Recreation Road. Star Creek Circle may flood near Meredith Court. Flooding begins to affect low areas on Smith Boulevard near West Oak Circle, River Road near Cottonwood Drive, Creekside Drive and John Henry Lane. Ed Smith Avenue, Rosewood Drive, Mill Creek Road, and Recreation Road may become impassable. Flooding on Folly Road and Chapel Lane worsens. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 952 PM EDT, The Waterway at Socastee is currently falling and is at about 16.1 feet. The Waterway will fall through the weekend but is not expected to fall below 15 ft until Monday.
