Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Moderate to heavy rainfall will be observed over the northern Blue Mountains on Monday. There is high confidence that many areas will receive one half inch of rainfall, and there is a good chance between one half to one inch of rainfall will occur.
