In northeast New Mexico, Eastern San Miguel County, Far Northeast Highlands, Harding County and Union County. * WHEN. Until 3 AM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour will remain possible through the early morning hours.
