Detailed Description The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi TX has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas. Coleto Creek At Arnold Road Crossing affecting Victoria and Goliad Counties. For the Coleto Creek. including Arnold Road Crossing. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Coleto Creek at Arnold Road Crossing. * WHEN. From this afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding. Flooding of secondary roads and low bridges. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 16.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tonight. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
