Where: Metro Vancouver - North Shore, Metro Vancouver - northeast, northern sections of Fraser Valley - west and Howe Sound. When: Sunday and Sunday night. Rainfall amounts: Up to 60 mm. Remarks: A moisture laden Pacific frontal system will reach the South Coast Sunday morning bringing heavy rain to the aforementioned regions. The rain will begin Sunday morning and will intensify late Sunday afternoon. The rain will ease on Monday. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.
