Until 7 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Showers and thunderstorms containing heavy rainfall will continue to move repeatedly across areas along the Interstate 20 corridor of East Texas, Northwest Louisiana, and extreme SOuthern Arkansas through the overnight hours.
