Brief Description Special Weather Statement
Detailed Description A brief period of freezing rain will be possible across southeast Ohio and parts of north-central West Virginia this morning. Although significant ice accumulations are not expected, some slick spots will be possible, especially on elevated and untreated surfaces. In addition, some snow showers could transpire this morning north of Route 50. The potential for freezing rain and snow in these areas will end by late morning as temperatures rise above freezing and result in precipitation to fall as rain heading into the afternoon.
