| Detailed Description | * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of East Arkansas, including the following county, Clay. * WHEN. Until 200 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 702 AM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flooding across the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Piggott, Corning, Rector, Chalk Bluff Natural Area, Knobel, St. Francis, Pollard, Greenway, McDougal, Success, Peach Orchard, Datto, Saint Francis, Crockett, Nimmons, Hickoria, Tipperary, Knob, Pratt and Heubner. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood |
