Brief Description Small Craft Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. .Southwest shifting to southeast winds of 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 45kt. Seas 10 to 14 feet. * WHERE. Northern and western coastal waters of Yap. * WHEN. For the Gale Warning, until 5 PM ChST this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 6 PM ChST Friday. * IMPACTS. Conditions will be hazardous to dangerous to small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. The center of Tropical Storm Man-yi will be passing by the northern waters of Yap today and tonight. Strongest winds will be now through this afternoon as torrential showers and thunderstorms race by. As Man-yi continues to move westward and starts to move further away, winds will start to decrease so the Gale Warning will be replaced by the Small Craft Advisory after 5pm today.
