| Detailed Description | Potential for heavy rainfall and thunderstorms today and tonight. What: Localized rainfall amounts up to 50 mm. When: First round of showers this morning into the early afternoon. Second, more substantial round of showers and thunderstorms tonight. Additional information: Numerous showers and thunderstorms associated with a warm front are expected to affect portions of the area. Areas that are affected by several thunderstorms may receive as much as 50 mm of rain. Rainfall warnings may be required. Localized flooding in low-lying areas and water pooling on roads are possible. For information concerning flooding, please consult your local Conservation Authority or Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources office.
