Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bedford and Somerset. * WHEN. From late tonight through Friday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The possibility of heavy rain from thunderstorms that are expected to move through late tonight and early Friday morning would fall on very wet ground.
