Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Beaver Creek near Electra. * WHEN. From this morning to early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. At 22.0 feet, shallow and short duration flooding of lowlands along and near the creek may occur in southern Wilbarger County and southwestern Wichita County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise to 22.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
