Brief Description SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
Detailed Description 4:45 AM MDT Wednesday 28 August 2024 Special Weather Statement in effect for: Rocky View Co. near Cochrane Heavy rainfall and strong winds are expected to continue to today. Showers will continue through the day today. Upwards of 40 mm is expected by this evening. Strong northerly winds will develop early later this morning, with gusts of 80 km/h expected. Winds will weaken later this afternoon. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
