* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the following areas, Beaver, Cimarron and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman and Wheeler. * WHEN. Through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - A weather system has a very high chance of bringing bands of heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across the panhandles for Monday and Tuesday.
