Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties. .Uncertainty on rainfall location and amounts over the next 24 hours exists. Therefore, a flood watch has been issued. * WHAT. Flooding is possible. * WHERE. Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN. From Monday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Water affects homes along old U.S. Highway 61. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.5 feet. - Forecast.
