Brief Description Excessive Heat Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Dangerously hot conditions possible with daytime high temperatures in the 90s to around 100 degrees across the Southwestern California mountains. In addition, overnight low temperatures will likely remain warm and offer little reprieve from the heat. * WHERE. The San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Los Angeles County mountains and adjacent foothills. * WHEN. From Sunday morning through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS. There is a high risk for dangerous heat illness for anyone, especially for the very young, the very old, those without air conditioning, and those active outdoors.
