Brief Description Blowing Snow Advisory
Detailed Description Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow is expected or occurring in some locations. Locations: Nain to Natuashish. Additional snowfall: 5 to 10 cm. Maximum wind gusts: northwesterly 60 km/h. Time span: ending this afternoon. Remarks: The greatest snowfall accumulations can be expected in the vicinity of Natuashish. ### Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Blowing snow advisories are issued when winds are expected to create blowing snow giving poor visibility to 800 metres or less for at least 3 hours.
