JTWC has downgraded Invest 90W to sub-low, which means that tropical cyclone development is unlikely in the next 24 hours. Invest 90W continues to be poorly organized with the main focus of convection located over a mid-level center. The mid-level center has moved into far western Chuuk State and eastern Yap State. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are impacting Weno and areas to the north. Localized heavy rainfall will remain possible tonight across Chuuk State. With 90W continuing to look disorganized and the better support for convection shifting to the west, this will be the last issuance of this SPS. If a significant change to the forecast occurred, a new SPS would be issued.
