From noon MDT today through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rainfall, with rates of up to 2 to 3 inches per hour, over the Hermits Peak Calf Canyon burn scar and Ruidoso area burn scars this afternoon and evening.
