Heavy rain will begin in Churchill overnight and persist through Wednesday, Wednesday night, and Thursday. The heavy rainfall will taper off through Thursday night. Along with the rain, gusty northeasterly winds with gusts up to 80 km/h are forecast on Wednesday. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
