In northeast New Mexico, Eastern San Miguel County, Harding County and Union County. * WHEN. From 6 PM MDT this evening through late tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Repeated rounds of storms producing locally heavy rainfall, with rates of up to 2-3" per hour, are forecast overnight across east central and portions of northeast NM.
