For the Heat Advisory, from 11 AM to 10 PM PDT Sunday. For the Extreme Heat Watch, from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS. Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. There is a 50-75% chance that Tuesday night low temperatures remain above 65 degrees and a 15-25% chance low temperatures remain above 70 degrees, which would limit overnight relief. The highest chances are in the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area and Columbia River Gorge. There is also 20-40% chance for high temperatures of 100 degrees or hotter across the Willamette Valley on Tuesday and Wednesday.
