* WHAT. Locally heavy rainfall could lead to flash flooding across portions of south central Texas. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches with isolated amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible. * WHERE. A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Real, Travis, Uvalde, Val Verde and Williamson. * WHEN. Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
