A portion of central South Carolina, including the following counties, Bamberg and Orangeburg. * WHEN. Until 730 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Those living along the North Fork of the Edisto River, South Fork of the Edisto River and the Edisto River should expect minor flooding along the river. Those living along these main stem rivers along with streams that feed into the Edisto River System should be aware of rising water over the next 6 to 12 hours. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 739 AM EST, Emergency Management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
