8:06 AM MST Thursday 7 December 2023 Snowfall Warning in effect for: Okotoks - High River - Claresholm Heavy snow will continue today, with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm. The snow will taper off this evening. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic in urban areas. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
