FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON MDT TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Castle Country, Central Mountains, Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, Sanpete Valley, Sevier Valley, Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, Wasatch Mountains South of I-80, Bryce Canyon Country, Capitol Reef National Park and Vicinity, South Central Utah, Southern Mountains, Upper Sevier River Valleys, Lower Washington County, Southwest Utah and Zion National Park. * WHEN. From Noon MDT today through this evening. * IMPACTS.
