Total snow accumulations of up to 2 inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch. * WHERE. Portions of central, north central, northeast and northern Maryland and eastern West Virginia. * WHEN. From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening and morning commute. |
