Brief Description Snow Squall Warning
Detailed Description Snow squalls expected today. What: Additional snowfall accumulations of 5 to 15 cm. Poor to near zero visibility in snow and local blowing snow. When: Continuing into this afternoon. Additional information: The highest amounts are possible if lake effect snow bands lock in for a prolonged period. Conditions will improve this afternoon. ### Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations.
