Detailed Description * WHAT. For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft. For the Storm Warning, west winds 35 to 50 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 19 to 24 ft expected. For the Gale Warning, west winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 17 to 21 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 13 to 18 ft expected. * WHERE. Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM. * WHEN. For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 3 PM AKST this afternoon. For the Storm Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM AKST this evening. For the Gale Warning, from 9 PM this evening to midnight AKST tonight. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from midnight tonight to 7 AM AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS. Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
