Brief Description Flood Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. Culebra and Vieques. * WHEN. Until 1130 AM AST. * IMPACTS. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 633 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms, mostly over the waters, particularly south of Vieques. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
