| Detailed Description |
* WHAT. For the first Winter Weather Advisory above 6500 feet, snow, moderate at times primarily above 6500 feet. Additional snow accumulations of 3 to 11 inches in the mountains with 1 to 3 inches in the lower mountain-valleys. Winds gusting to 45 mph at times. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow, moderate at times. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 11 inches across the mountains and 1 to 5 inches in the lower mountain- valleys. * WHERE. Eastern mountains, including the Bear River Range, Caribou Highlands, Big Hole Mountains, and the Centennial Mountains. * WHEN. For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM MST this evening. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 10 PM MST Friday. * IMPACTS. Travel could be very difficult at times. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility and create hazardous driving conditions at times. |
