Winter Weather Advisory
Detailed Description
* WHAT. Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch across the northern half of Jefferson County and across the higher terrain of Lewis county. * WHERE. Jefferson and Lewis Counties. The greatest ice accumulations are expected near the Saint Lawrence River. * WHEN. From 6 PM Thursday to 1 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS. Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
