Brief Description Flood Advisory
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Lagrange and Noble. * WHEN. Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 252 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Ligonier, Rome City, Topeka, Wolcottville, Eddy, Oliver Lake, Cosperville, Adams Lake, Woodruff, Honeyville, Indianola, Big Long Lake, Brushy Prairie, Elmira and Stroh. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
