Occasional gusts up to 35 kt possible south of Cape Falcon and beyond 20-30 NM from 1000 to 1600 Thursday. * WHERE. Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 60 NM. * WHEN. From 10 AM this morning to 4 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS. Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
