Detailed Description * WHAT. For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected. For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 6 to 8 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft expected. * WHERE. Frederick Sound and Sumner Strait. * WHEN. For the first Small Craft Advisory, from noon today to 3 PM AKST this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to 6 PM AKST this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to midnight AKST tonight. * IMPACTS. Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
